We used Fayyaz's services to plan a private trip for 4 people to Egypt. Naveed was our contact and was exceptionally responsive, communicative and helpful. We had a several unique requests / changes / add ons to the original itinerary he proposed and he managed to accommodate all of them. Everything was settled really efficiently and the trip itself was wonderful. Highly recommend them and will likely use their services in the future for any trips (especially to places where a guide is essential, like Egypt).

The trip was really good and both the drivers (Mr Sachin and Mr Siva I believe) were excellent. The India travel representatives were also checking in and ensuring that things were going well.
Mr Sachin (the 1 who drove us from Bangalore-Coorg-Coimbatore) was really good. He was such a safe driver and he also went the extra mile by bringing us to some sightseeing places before we headed to the hotel.

Despite being under the multiple changes and request in the initial planning of the Italy trip, the agent was the epitome of professionalism! He handled everything calmly, professionally and even with a tad of humor! I would endorse Professional Travel to any company looking to integrate a cost-effective trip without compromising the flight comfort. Grazie Suman ?? and not forgetting, Dean and Sonja! They facilitated us with the daily itineraries a day in advance during the entire stay in Italy. Nevertheless, it would be very helpful if the coordinator share google map links instead of giving screenshots so that client do not have to type out the meeting points. Aside from that, no complaints to the rest of the selection made for on behalf of us. Gob job team!
