Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fayyaz Travels, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient visa application service. Our policy ensures clarity on refunds and cancellations while maintaining fairness for all parties involved.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all payments made for visa consultation and application processing are final and non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a client accidentally makes a duplicate payment, a full refund of the excess amount will be processed.
  • Service Not Yet Started: If a client cancels before our consultants begin the review and processing work, a partial refund (minus a processing fee) may be granted.
  • Incorrect Payment for a Different Service: If a client mistakenly books the wrong visa service, we may allow a transfer to the correct service. If the correct service is of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
  • After Processing Has Started: Once our team begins reviewing documents, filling forms, or liaising with embassies, no refunds can be issued.
  • Visa Rejections or Delays: Visa decisions are made by the respective government authorities. We do not guarantee approvals and cannot refund any payments due to rejection or processing delays.
  • Failure to Provide Required Documents: If a client does not submit the required documents on time, leading to delays or an incomplete application, no refund will be issued.
  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: If a client decides to cancel after paying but before submission, no refund will be given, as consultation work and document verification may have begun.
  • Incorrect or Fraudulent Information: If an application is rejected due to false or incomplete information provided by the client, no refund will be processed.

4. Modification & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request a rescheduling of their visa consultation or application before submission at no extra charge, subject to availability.

If a client needs to reapply due to visa refusal, a discounted re-application fee may be offered at our discretion.

5. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Clients will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
