TERMS OF USE

WELCOME:

Thank you for visiting Fayyaz Travels. Please review these terms of use, as well as our Privacy Policy (together, “the terms”) carefully before using or obtaining any content, or purchasing any products or services through our website, phone or in-person at our office. By accessing and using this website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to our terms, please do not use our website.

WHAT WE PROVIDE YOU:

At Fayyaz Travels, we aim to provide you the most comprehensive and useful information available regarding your international flight and related travel plans. You will find information that will allow you to obtain the best available fares and book your flights (always subject to the carriers’ terms, conditions and restrictions). We also provide useful information about your destinations, visa and health issues, and local transportation to and from the airports as well as lodging convenient to the airports. We have created and own most of the information you will find on the website; other information is obtained from the air carriers, hotels and lodging providers, as well as other third party providers, each of whom own their respective content.

  • Documentation and Visa Requirements

Clients of Fayyaz Travels are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary visas and travel documentation required for their journey. It is the client's duty to conduct their own checks regarding these requirements.

  • Visa Processing Services

Fayyaz Travels offers visa processing services only upon explicit request from the client. This service is separate from the normal travel packages and flight bookings and is managed by a dedicated team within our visa department. Clients wishing to utilise this service must request it by emailing [email protected]. It is not automatically included in travel package arrangements nor are our consultants responsible for arranging this service.

  • Agency Responsibility

Fayyaz Travels, including its consultants and agents, shall not be responsible for a client’s failure to secure the proper documentation and visas for their travel.

  • Liability and Compensation

In the event of a client failing to obtain the correct documentation or visas, resulting in disrupted travel plans, Fayyaz Travels will not be liable. Additionally, no compensation shall be provided under such circumstances.

  • Time Frames for Visa Processing

The processing time for visas varies depending on the location, type of visa, and the current backlog at the relevant embassy or consulate. This timeframe can range from a few days to several months and is subject to change based on the time of year. Fayyaz Travels has no control over these time frames and cannot be held liable if a visa does not arrive in time.

Our role within the visa team is to guide on documentations needed and the administration of the application processing only. It is the clients responsibility to ensure all documents are up to date and submitted on time.

  • Fees and Costs

The fees for our visa processing services are fixed and non-refundable. For more detailed information, please refer to our visa services page.


By availing of the services provided by Fayyaz Travels, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. It is the clients' responsibility to ensure all travel requirements, including visas and documentation, are met.

WHAT WE AGREE TO DO:

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make sure that all information on the website is as complete and accurate as possible. We will protect all personally identifiable information that you provide to us in compliance with our Privacy Policy. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent viruses from entering to and from the website, but we cannot insure that the website will be virus-free all the time.

YOUR RIGHT TO USE WHAT WE PROVIDE:

Fayyaz Travels grants you the personal right to access and use the website in order for you to plan, book and purchase your airline tickets and to use the information provided in connection with the planning of your personal travel. Except for this limited license, you are not granted any other rights or license with respect to this website; we and our third party providers reserve any rights not expressly granted. You may not use the website to provide commercial or travel agency services to third parties.

WHAT YOU AGREE NOT TO DO:

You agree that you will not do any of the following:

You agree to defend and indemnify Fayyaz Travels and any of its providers and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, in any action filed or commenced by any third party against Fayyaz Travels as a result of (1) your breach of these terms, (2) your violation of any law, regulation or the rights of a third party or (3) your use of the website.

WHAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

The information, products and services on this website are provided “AS IS”. Fayyaz Travels and its providers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and security and accuracy, as well as all warranties arising by usage of trade, course of dealing, or course of performance. AN IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING AIR TICKETS:

Air carriers may be required to make available to the public the terms of their contract of carriage pursuant to Title 14, Part 253 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The circumvention of an air carrier’s rules, including practices such as back-to-back ticketing (purchasing two or more tickets with overlapping travel dates in order to circumvent minimum stay requirements) and hidden-city ticketing (purchasing tickets including segments which the purchaser does not intend to use in order to circumvent an air carrier’s pricing structure), is prohibited by many air carriers. The use of prohibited ticketing practices may result in the air carrier taking actions including the cancellation of the ticket, denied boarding, revocation of frequent flier miles and other benefits, additional charges to the purchaser’s credit card, additional charges collected at the airport, or future invoicing. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchases abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any third party with whom you elect to deal, including terms or condition of purchase set forth in an air carrier’s fare rules or contract of carriage

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws or rules. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Singapore for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, your use of the website and any purchase of products or services from Fayyaz Travels. The parties expressly exclude the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

From time to time we may change or modify the terms, or impose new terms, including adding fees and charges for use. By offering for sale travel to international destinations, Fayyaz Travels does not represent or warrant that travel to such locations is advisable or without risk. Fayyaz Travels does not accept liability for any damages, losses, or delays that occur due to the traveler having improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.

FEES:

Fayyaz Travels may charge a fee for the service provided when you book, and/or modify travel services through the site. Any such service fee is non-refundable. In addition, you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessment arising out of your use of the products and services available from the site.

TRAVEL TERMS AND SERVICES:

Reservations, bookings, and purchases

You agree to abide by The Terms and Conditions of purchase, including all cancellation rules, imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal. A supplier that is an air carrier is required to make available to the public the terms of its contract of carriage.

Fayyaz Travels reserves the right to cancel a reservation and provide full refund of all charges on this request in case of fare errors, incorrect fare rules, system errors, availability problems, reservations not confirmed by carriers, and other technical issues that may prohibit Fayyaz Travels from fulfilling a customer’s reservation at the cost provided and in a timely manner. In these cases, Fayyaz Travels will always look for an alternative and when we find the fares to be higher than the original offer, the customer has the right to decline the offer.

Access, use of our website and purchasing or any services or requesting quotations through website, phone or in-person in our office, is acceptance of The Terms and Conditions on this page. By accessing and using this site or any of its services, including but not limited to requesting quotations, purchasing any travel or services, you are agreeing to all the terms, conditions, and notices in this site.

 

Visa Application Terms and Conditions

By engaging Fayyaz Travels Visa Application Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure clarity, compliance, and a mutual understanding of responsibilities between Fayyaz Travels and its clients.

1. General Responsibilities

1.1. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the required visas and travel documentation for their journey.
1.2. Fayyaz Travels provides guidance and administrative support for visa applications upon explicit request but assumes no responsibility for ensuring that clients meet the documentation or visa requirements.
1.3. Fayyaz Travels strongly recommends clients confirm visa approval before making any additional travel-related purchases, such as flight tickets, accommodation, or event bookings.

 

2. Scope of Visa Application Services

Fayyaz Travels’ role in visa applications is strictly limited to:

  • Advising clients on the documentation required by the respective embassy or consulate.
  • Administering the submission of visa applications to the relevant authorities.
  • Providing updates on the application status once shared by the embassy or consulate.
  • Guiding clients through the collection process once the visa is approved.

Exclusions:

Visa services are not automatically included in travel packages; they must be requested separately by emailing [email protected].
Travel consultants are not responsible for arranging or managing visa services unless explicitly requested by the client.

 

3. Visa Application Process


3.1. Documentation:

  • Fayyaz Travels will inform clients of the required documents as per embassy or consulate guidelines.
  • Clients must ensure that all documents provided are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to submit documents in a timely manner.
  • Disclaimer: Fayyaz Travels is not liable for delays, rejections, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late submission of documents.

3.2. Submission:

  • Visa applications are submitted to the relevant authorities by Fayyaz Travels.
  • The client, upon utilising our services, understands that:
    • Fayyaz Travels cannot influence the outcome of the application or the decision-making process of the embassy or consulate.
    • Delays may occur due to seasonal demand, public holidays, embassy or consulate workloads, or other factors beyond the control of Fayyaz Travels.

Clients are advised to account for potential delays and ensure ample time for visa processing before their intended travel dates.

3.3. Approval or Denial:

  • The client understands that the Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy or consulate.
  • Factors affecting visa approval may include but are not limited to:
    • Incomplete or incorrect documentation.
    • Insufficient financial proof or travel history.
    • Legal or criminal issues.
    • Discretionary decisions made by embassy or consulate officers.

4. Application Processing and Visa Processing Times and Fees

4.1. Application Processing (Administrative Services)

  • Fayyaz Travels provides administrative support for visa applications, including the preparation, review, and submission of client documentation to the relevant embassy or consulate.
  • Clients agree that Fayyaz Travels' role is limited to administrative services and that the outcome, review process, and decision-making authority lie solely with the embassy or consulate.

4.2. Visa Processing (Embassy or Consulate Review)

  • The visa processing phase begins after Fayyaz Travels submits the application. This process is managed entirely by the relevant embassy or consulate.
  • Clients acknowledge that Fayyaz Travels has no control over:
  • Processing times.
  • Additional requests for documentation or interviews.
  • Final approval, denial, or any other decision made by the embassy or consulate.
  • Fayyaz Travels will not conduct additional follow-ups or appeals with the embassy or consulate beyond the standard process unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4.3. Understanding Processing Times

  • Clients agree that visa processing times are subject to seasonal demand, public holidays, consulate or embassy workload, and other unforeseen factors.
  • Fayyaz Travels strongly advises clients to submit their documents well in advance of their intended travel date to account for potential delays.

4.4. Fees

  • Application Processing Fees (Administrative Services):
    • Standard processing (2-3 working days): Fee as advised by the consultant.
    • Expedited processing (within 24 hours): Additional charges apply, as advised by the consultant.
  • Visa Processing Fees (Consular Fees):
  • Any embassy or consulate fees related to the visa application are separate from Fayyaz Travels' service charges and are the client’s responsibility.
  • The Client understands and acknowledges upon utilising Fayyaz Travels Visa Services that they are purchasing admin services only for their visa application, which includes a service fee. 

Note: All fees, including administrative and consular fees, are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.


4.5 Appeals and Re-Applications

  • In the event of a visa rejection, clients may request assistance with appeals or re-application. Such services will incur additional fees, as advised by the consultant.

5. Client Responsibilities


5.1. Clients must ensure that:

  • All required documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
  • They are aware of and comply with the visa requirements of the destination country.

5.2. Failure to provide accurate or timely documents may result in application delays or rejection. Fayyaz Travels is not liable for any consequences arising from such failures.

5.3 Certain embassies require clients to attend appointments for biometric data submission or interviews. While Fayyaz Travels may assist in scheduling these appointments, attending and fulfilling such requirements remains the client’s responsibility.

6. Liability and Compensation


6.1. Fayyaz Travels shall not be liable for:

  • Visa rejections, delays, or other decisions made by embassies or consulates.
  • Financial losses resulting from non-refundable travel-related purchases.

6.2. Should clients book services—whether through Fayyaz Travels or other providers—prior to receiving visa approval, Fayyaz Travels is not liable for any losses incurred if the visa is denied or delayed.

Recommendation: Clients are advised to wait for visa approval before purchasing flights, accommodations, or other travel services.

  • Clients acknowledge the inherent risks of visa applications, including rejection, delays, or additional documentation requests. By engaging Fayyaz Travels, clients agree not to hold the company liable for any adverse outcomes or related financial losses.
  • Fayyaz Travels is not liable for visa rejections or processing delays resulting from inaccurate or fraudulent documentation submitted by the client. Clients must ensure that all information provided is truthful and aligns with the requirements set by the respective embassy or consulate

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

7.1. Fayyaz Travels respects client privacy and handles personal information with the utmost confidentiality.
7.2. Personal data is shared only with relevant authorities as required for visa processing.
7.3.Fayyaz Travels retains documents provided for visa applications only for the duration required to process the application and in compliance with applicable privacy laws. After this period, documents will be securely destroyed unless otherwise requested by the client.

8. Additional Terms and Discretion

8.1. Fayyaz Travels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
8.2. Clients acknowledge that:

  • The final decision on visa applications rests solely with the embassy or consulate.
  • Embassy policies, geopolitical factors, or other external conditions may impact visa decisions or timelines.

10. Privacy Policy

We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. This includes protecting the personal information provided to us and collected during the use of our services. Our Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal obligations and operational practices. Please review this policy regularly for any changes; we aim to keep you informed and significant updates will be communicated through our website or email. 

11. Booking Deposits/ Pay Later Options :

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings, which forms part of the final billing upon confirmation of recipient of payment from our Accounts team. Full payment is due at the time of booking and for bookings made within 56 days of departure. Deposit amounts vary for specific trips and promotional campaigns, subject to outlined conditions. An invoice is established upon acceptance of your booking, with details of your booked service provided in the booking confirmation invoice. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation, with applicable charges.

12. Prices and Surcharges:

12.1 All trip prices are subject to dynamic and seasonal pricing in line with industry standards.

12.2 Prices at the time of booking are based on the exchange rate applicable at that moment. However, final charges may vary depending on the currency used for payment.

12.3 Any discounts, promotions, or price reductions introduced after a booking has been confirmed cannot be retroactively applied to an existing booking.

12.4 If you choose to cancel and rebook at the new discounted rate, the cancellation will be subject to Fayyaz Travels' standard cancellation terms, including any applicable cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits.

12.5 We strive for accuracy in pricing but reserve the right to correct any errors before issuing the final booking confirmation.

12.6 In the event that a surcharge exceeding 10% of the total trip price is necessary, Fayyaz Travels will promptly notify you in writing, detailing the reason for the surcharge and the adjusted total price.

12.7 Upon receiving the surcharge notification, you will have 3 days to:

  • Accept the revised price and continue with your booking; or

  • Cancel your booking within this period for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

12.8 Any non-refundable components (e.g., flights, hotel deposits, or supplier-imposed fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.

12.9 Refund eligibility is subject to third-party supplier policies, and Fayyaz Travels cannot guarantee full refunds in cases where vendors impose penalties.

12.10 If you fail to cancel within 3 days, the surcharge will be deemed accepted, and standard cancellation terms will apply.

12.11 Fayyaz Travels reserves the right to make the final decision on refund eligibility based on supplier terms and booking conditions.


13. Your Details:

To confirm travel arrangements, provide required details including full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, issue and expiry date, and any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect travel.


14. Third-Party Services:

Fayyaz Travels works with a network of trusted partners, ground teams, and service providers to deliver seamless travel experiences. We act as your single point of contact and manage all arrangements on your behalf.

While we carefully select and coordinate these services, the ultimate responsibility for service execution (such as accommodation, transport, tours, and activities) rests with the respective service providers.

By booking with Fayyaz Travels, you acknowledge that:

Your travel experience may involve services fulfilled by third-party providers operating under their own terms and conditions.

Fayyaz Travels is not liable for any changes, cancellations, or disruptions caused by these providers.

Any issues or disputes relating to third-party services will be handled by Fayyaz Travels on your behalf, in line with the provider's policies.

15. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

If you choose to cancel some or all portions of your booking, the following cancellation terms will apply. Cancellation is only effective upon receipt of written confirmation from you.

Standard Cancellation Fees

60 days or more before departure → Deposit amount held as a credit (Deposit Credit).

31 – 59 days before departure → 30% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

15 – 30 days before departure → 60% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

14 days or fewer before departure → 100% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

1.2 Additional Terms & Conditions

1. Supplier-Specific Terms

Certain services, including flights, hotels, cruises, transport, and activities, may have different cancellation terms set by their respective suppliers.

If the supplier’s cancellation penalties exceed the fees outlined above, the higher charge will apply.

Supplier-imposed fees are non-negotiable and will be passed on to the customer.

2. Deposit Credit Usage

Any Deposit Credit issued for future travel cannot be applied to the same or similar travel dates.

The validity period for Deposit Credits will be specified at the time of issuance and is subject to supplier restrictions.

3. Refunds & Unused Services

Once a trip has commenced, no refunds will be issued for unused services, including missed flights, accommodation, meals, or excursions.

No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures will result in no refund for any unused portion of the trip.

4. Modification & Partial Cancellations

If you wish to modify a portion of your trip after booking, supplier-imposed amendment fees may apply, and availability is not guaranteed.

Partial cancellations do not necessarily entitle the customer to a pro-rata refund.

5. Travel Insurance Requirement

Fayyaz Travels strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

Travel insurance should cover cancellations, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.

Fayyaz Travels is not responsible for any losses incurred due to the lack of travel insurance coverage.

6. Force Majeure & Extraordinary Circumstances

In cases of natural disasters, government travel bans, pandemics, or airline disruptions, cancellation policies may be adjusted based on supplier terms.

Fayyaz Travels is not liable for force majeure events that affect travel plans, and refunds are subject to supplier discretion.

7. Final Policy Enforcement

These cancellation terms are in addition to any fees imposed by third-party accommodation providers, airlines, cruise operators, or transport services.

Fayyaz Travels reserves the right to review, modify, or enforce cancellation terms based on supplier agreements and operational requirements.

2. Flight Cancellation

All flight charges are non-refundable once booked.

If you request a cancellation due to an unforeseen personal event, Fayyaz Travels may submit a refund request to the airline on your behalf. However, any refunds will be entirely at the discretion of the airline and subject to their cancellation fees and policies.

Any change fees, airline penalties, or administrative charges imposed by the airline will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Fayyaz Travels does not guarantee approval of refund requests for flight cancellations.

3. Cancellation by Fayyaz Travels

In the unlikely event that Fayyaz Travels cancels your trip, you will have the option to:

Transfer your booking to an alternate departure date of equal value; or

Receive a full refund of amounts paid, subject to supplier terms.

However, Fayyaz Travels will not be liable for cancellations due to:

Natural disasters, pandemics, or extreme weather conditions.

Political unrest, war-like situations, or government-imposed travel bans.

Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be subject to supplier policies, and Fayyaz Travels will assist in securing the best possible resolution for affected clients.

4. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

Fayyaz Travels strongly recommends that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

Travel insurance should cover, at a minimum:

Trip cancellations, delays, and interruptions

Medical emergencies and evacuation costs

Baggage loss, theft, or damage

Personal liability and accident coverage

4.1 Insurance Arranged Through Fayyaz Travels

Fayyaz Travels can assist in arranging travel insurance upon request.

The coverage, benefits, and exclusions will depend on the policy selected by the traveller.

It is the traveller’s responsibility to review the policy terms and ensure the coverage meets their needs before purchasing.

Any insurance claims, disputes, or policy-related concerns must be directed to the insurance provider. Fayyaz Travels is not responsible for the acceptance or denial of any claims.

5. Optional Activities

5.1 Definition & Scope

Optional activities not explicitly included in your pre-booked package do not form part of this contract.

These may include additional tours, excursions, adventure activities, transport, or services that you choose to book before your trip or while travelling.

5.2 Optional Activities Before Departure

If you request additional activities or services before your trip, Fayyaz Travels may assist in arranging these through third-party providers.

The contract for such services will be between you and the respective service provider, unless:

The activity is explicitly confirmed as part of your package by Fayyaz Travels; or

You book the activity directly through Fayyaz Travels, in which case the relevant supplier terms will apply.

Any cancellations, changes, or disputes regarding these services will be subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.

5.3 Optional Activities During the Trip

While travelling, you may have the opportunity to book additional activities (e.g., guided tours, adventure sports, wellness services) through local providers.

Any assistance, recommendations, or advice provided by Fayyaz Travels, your tour leader, or local representatives in arranging optional activities does not make Fayyaz Travels responsible or liable for them.

The contract for any on-trip optional activity will be solely between you and the local provider, unless:

The activity is explicitly included in your travel package.

You book the activity directly through Fayyaz Travels, in which case the relevant supplier terms will apply.

5.4 Liability & Responsibility

Fayyaz Travels does not own, operate, or control any optional activities provided by third-party suppliers that are not part of your original booking.

Participation in any optional activity is at your own risk, and Fayyaz Travels is not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or cancellations related to these activities.

It is your responsibility to review the terms, conditions, and risk factors associated with any optional activity before booking.

We strongly recommend that you ensure your travel insurance covers adventure or high-risk activities, where applicable.

6. Claims & Complaints

Fayyaz Travels is committed to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. If you encounter any issues during your trip, please follow the steps below to report and resolve your concerns efficiently.

6.1 Immediate Notification

During the Trip: If a problem arises, you must immediately inform your local representative or the travel consultant who handled your booking. Prompt reporting allows us to address and rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

If the issue remains unresolved, please ensure it is documented and reported formally in writing upon your return.

6.2 Formal Complaint Submission

If the issue was not satisfactorily resolved during the trip, you must submit a formal complaint in writing within 14 days of the trip’s end.

Complaints must be sent via email to [email protected] with the following details:

Full name and contact information

Booking reference number

Travel dates and destination

Detailed description of the issue, including any supporting evidence (e.g., photos, receipts, or correspondence)

6.3 Complaint Resolution Process

Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 7 days.

Investigation: A thorough review will be conducted, including liaising with relevant service providers where applicable.

Response: A final response will be provided within 45 days, unless additional time is required for further investigation, in which case we will inform you accordingly.

6.4 Important Considerations

Complaints submitted after the 14-day period may not be accepted.

Compensation or resolution is subject to third-party supplier terms (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).

If a complaint relates to a service provided by a third party, Fayyaz Travels will act on your behalf to liaise with the provider, but the final resolution will be subject to their policies.

No refunds or compensation will be provided for issues not reported during the trip, unless exceptional circumstances prevented immediate notification.

7. Exclusions

The following items are not included in your travel package unless explicitly stated otherwise in your itinerary or booking confirmation:

7.1 Transportation & Travel Documents

Airfare (domestic or international) and rail fare, unless specified in your package.

Visa processing and travel insurance, unless specified.

"OK to Board" charges, if applicable, as per airline requirements.

7.2 Accommodation & Local Taxes

City taxes imposed by local authorities are not included unless specified and must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in or check-out.

Hotel surcharges, incidental charges, and additional services beyond those included in the package.

7.3 Sightseeing & Activities

Entrance fees to parks, monuments, museums, or attractions, unless included in your itinerary.

Any optional sightseeing, activities, or excursions not explicitly stated in the itinerary.

7.4 Additional Charges & Personal Expenses

Porterage fees at airports and hotels, tips to drivers, guides, or hotel staff.

Meals and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, unless specified in the package.

Personal expenses, such as room service, minibar charges, laundry, and phone calls.

7.5 Transport & Vehicle Usage

Car hire services outside the standard itinerary, including any additional hours beyond those specified.

Midnight surcharges or extended vehicle usage, unless stated otherwise in the package.

7.6 General Conditions

Any exclusions specific to your package will be clearly outlined in your booking confirmation.

If a service is not explicitly mentioned in your itinerary, it should be assumed to be excluded.

8. Travel Tips & Important Information

8.1 Prices & Quotations

This is only a quotation; no services are held or confirmed until a booking is made.

Prices are dynamic and subject to change at the time of booking, without prior notice.

Prices are quoted in SGD only, unless otherwise stated.

To proceed with a booking, a copy of the front and back pages of your passport may be required.

8.2 Hotels & Accommodation

While we take utmost care in selecting the hotels suggested, we highly recommend that clients review hotel ratings, locations, and amenities to ensure they meet personal expectations.

Hotel bookings, once reconfirmed and guaranteed, are 100% non-refundable. No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation.

Visa Status Disclaimer: Refunds will not be provided for accommodation cancellations due to visa-related issues, including visa application, rejection, or delays after the booking is confirmed.

8.3 Passport & Visa Requirements

Certain destinations require a passport validity of at least 6-12 months beyond the return date. Clients are responsible for verifying the specific requirements for their destination.

Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective Consulate/Embassy.

Fayyaz Travels acts only as a facilitator for visa applications and cannot be held responsible for visa delays, rejections, or any related issues.

Visa fees, service charges, and consular processing times are subject to change at the discretion of the issuing authority.

9. On-Tour Charges

9.1 Hotel Deposits & Incidental Charges

For all hotel stays booked through Fayyaz Travels, the hotel may require a security deposit upon check-in. This deposit is typically:

Held on the guest’s credit card or collected in cash, as per the hotel’s policy.

Released or refunded upon check-out, provided no additional charges apply.

The deposit amount and refund timeline are determined by the hotel, and Fayyaz Travels is not responsible for any delays in the refund process.

Any incidental expenses (e.g., room service, minibar charges, laundry, damages) incurred during the stay must be settled directly by the guest with the hotel before departure.

9.2 City Taxes & Additional Fees

Certain destinations impose mandatory city taxes, resort fees, or tourism levies that are not included in the package price.

These taxes must be paid directly by the guest to the hotel at check-in or check-out, as per local regulations.

City taxes are subject to change without notice, and Fayyaz Travels is not liable for any adjustments made by local authorities.

9.3 Assistance & Liability

If a guest faces any issues or disputes related to deposits, incidental charges, or city taxes, they should first address the matter directly with the hotel.

If further support is required, Fayyaz Travels will assist in liaising with the hotel where possible, but the final resolution remains subject to the hotel's policies.

Fayyaz Travels is not responsible for hotel-imposed charges beyond the confirmed booking rate, nor for delays in deposit refunds or city tax adjustments.

 

16. MEET & GREET AT FOREIGN AIRPORTS

Upon arrival, please immediately proceed to the Immigration counters for clearance. Our representative will be waiting at the exit door with a signage card.

17. HOTEL INFORMATION

Official Check-in time: 1400 hrs onwards. Official Check-out time: 1000 hrs

If there is any damage to the room, hotel reserves the right to charge penalty directly to the clients at the time of check out. All personal bills should be settled in advance before the departure so that your transfer is not delayed.

Most of the hotels demand a security deposit at the time of Check-In, in form of Cash / Credit Card as guarantee against extra services like Telephone Calls, Mini Bar usage, Laundry service, etc utilized during your stay at the hotel or other personal expenses are not included in the package.

  • Hotel Miscellaneous Services and Consumption: Mini-bar consumption, room service, laundry, telephone calls or other personal expenses are not included in the package.

 

18. TRANSFER & TOUR INFORMATION

For all the airport arrival transfers, the pickup point is outside the arrival hall unless specified otherwise. For all the departure transfers from the hotel, please wait at the Bell Captain or Concierge Counter or Pick Up Point as mentioned in itinerary at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. For Pick Up from the hotel DO NOT WAIT IN YOUR ROOM OR IN HOTEL’S COFFEE HOUSE. Please be punctual as most of the hotels do not allow waiting in the drive-away area for security reasons.

  • Midnight Surcharge (2300hrs – 0700hrs): A transfer surcharge of USD 90.00 per coach per way will be charged for flights arriving or pick up from hotel for services rendered between 2300hrs – 0700hrs.

  • Additional Hour Usage of Vehicle and Guides: Additional charges will apply for usage beyond the package, and for all airport arrivals, the waiting time upon flight landing time is a maximum of 1 hour. If there is any flight delay/amendments/missed flight, kindly inform the careline immediately to avoid additional waiting charges.

  • Private and point-to-point transfers must also abide by transport regulations depending on the destination. The vehicle shall halt at parking areas designated for cars waiting.One will have to walk a few steps to the car.


19. SEAT IN COACH TRANSPORTATION & SIGHTSEEING

Please note Seat In Coach tours run on fixed timings with generally English-speaking commentary. It is on free seating basis, with tourist hailing from different nationalities. Therefore, punctuality is of utmost importance.. Coach will not wait or turn back if you are late.  There will be no refund if you miss the tour. Seat in Coach Sightseeing’s starts from City Centre Points and transfers to & from to that point are not included.


20.  ON-TOUR AMENDMENTS / CHANGES

For any On – Tour changes, it is best advised to call up on the local contact provided a day prior to scheduled service.

21.  BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

Check-in baggage typically corresponds to 27 inches (68cm) x 21 inches (53cm) x 14 inches (35cm). The international flight baggage weight limit averages 50 pounds (23kg), but some airlines allow up to 70 pounds (32kg) for their business-class and first-class passengers. It is advisable to check with the airlines their baggage policy before scheduled flight.


22.  PORTERAGES / HANDLING OF LUGGAGE / BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES

Porterages are not included on the tour; it is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that their personal luggage is taken care off.

 

23. WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE / MOBILITY / SPECIALLY ABLED ASSISTANCE

We always recommend pre-booking wheelchair assistance when booking your flights and special Accessible rooms for clients with special requirements.

 

24. NON – UTILIZATION

There will not be any refund for non-utilization of any services. Any services canceled post confirmation will incur charges.

We strongly recommend & insist that you purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. We are not responsible for any losses or damages not covered by your insurance.

Our site may contain third-party services that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party services, and your use of such services is at your own risk.

25.8 Limitation of Liability
