The trip was really good and both the drivers (Mr Sachin and Mr Siva I believe) were excellent. The India travel representatives were also checking in and ensuring that things were going well.
Mr Sachin (the 1 who drove us from Bangalore-Coorg-Coimbatore) was really good. He was such a safe driver and he also went the extra mile by bringing us to some sightseeing places before we headed to the hotel.

Sakina has been very helpful and thoughtful with the travel planning to Hanoi, Vietnam while the trip includes my parents (the elderly) and my children, that there were lots of details such as activities that suitable for the elderly and children, safety, and etc. have made to meet all of our preferences and all my family members had enjoyed a great time in the trip. The hotels were fantastic, the itinerary was great, and we had a good combination of sightseeing and relaxing. Also Soe Soe was great in solving the issues that came up. We ended up having the balloon ride at Inle Lake, which was a great experience.
