We had a great trip to China and all the arrangements went very smoothly. Both guides were fantastic especially the first one Sherry in Beijing. My son sprained his leg on the great wall and Sherry was very helpful with train arrangements getting a porter to help us.

Despite being under the multiple changes and request in the initial planning of the Italy trip, the agent was the epitome of professionalism! He handled everything calmly, professionally and even with a tad of humor! They facilitated us with the daily itineraries a day in advance during the entire stay in Italy. Nevertheless, it would be very helpful if the coordinator share google map links instead of giving screenshots so that client do not have to type out the meeting points.
