Very prompt and attentive throughout the whole process from the beginning till the end of our trip including the local office and the team in our destination countries. Recently processed my Dubai visa in spite of the Covid 19 delays. Unfortunately cannot travel there as government suspended VTL flight until further notice. Maria was a great help especially if you dont have anyone who will sponsor your visa from Dubai.
