Very prompt and attentive throughout the whole process from the beginning till the end of our trip including the local office and the team in our destination countries. Was willing to accommodate and respond promptly to our requests even though we booked quite last minute. Will recommend to anyone who want to travel free and easy but have no time to do research and their packages is customisable.

Sakina has been very helpful and thoughtful with the travel planning to Hanoi, Vietnam while the trip includes my parents (the elderly) and my children, that there were lots of details such as activities that suitable for the elderly and children, safety, and etc. have made to meet all of our preferences and all my family members had enjoyed a great time in the trip.
