No. Sending the enquiry form is free and there is no obligation. A consultant prepares a tailor-made itinerary and quotation, and you only pay once you decide to book.
How long does it take to receive my custom itinerary?
Our travel consultants usually respond within one business day with a first draft itinerary and quote, which you can refine until it suits you.
What is the difference between a custom tour and a package tour?
A package tour follows a fixed itinerary and dates, often with other travellers. A custom tour is designed only for you, so the destinations, dates, hotels, pace and activities are all chosen around your interests and budget.
Can I travel privately at my own pace?
Yes. Custom tours are private, so the pace, hotels, guides and activities are planned around your group rather than a fixed group-tour schedule.
Can I change the itinerary after I receive it?
Of course. Your first itinerary is a starting point. You can swap hotels, add or remove days, change activities or adjust the budget, and your consultant will revise the plan and quote until you are happy.
Do you include flights in custom tours?
We can. Choose your departure airport and we will quote flights alongside hotels, transfers and tours. If you have already booked your flights, share your flight numbers and times and we will plan airport transfers around them.
Can you plan trips for families, seniors or travellers with special needs?
Yes. Let us know who is travelling, including children, infants or anyone with mobility, dietary or medical needs, and we will suggest a suitable pace, accessible hotels, private transport and family-friendly activities.
How do I pay and confirm my custom tour?
Once you approve the final itinerary, we send a booking confirmation with payment details. You can pay securely online, and we then confirm all hotels, transport and guides and send your travel documents before departure.
