Overview

- Your Georgian journey begins with your arrival in Tbilisi, followed by a transfer into the city. Begin discovering the capital's distinctive character as you explore the historic Old Town, where winding streets, historic churches and colourful balconies create a memorable introduction to Georgia. Continue towards the famous sulfur bath area and along the river, where contemporary districts meet the city's older character. Panoramic viewpoints complete your first taste of Tbilisi before settling into your hotel.

- Step into Georgia's ancient past with a journey beyond Tbilisi to Mtskheta, the country's historic capital and an important centre of Georgian Christianity. Continue to Jvari Monastery, then travel onwards to Gori for a visit to the Stalin Museum. The day's historical journey culminates at Uplistsikhe, an extraordinary rock-hewn settlement where carved spaces and passageways reveal a fascinating chapter of Georgia's past. - Georgia's mountain country takes centre stage today as you leave Tbilisi and travel towards Ananuri Fortress and the Zhinvali Water Reservoir. Continue through Gudauri, stopping at the Russian-Georgian Friendship Arc before reaching Kazbegi. From here, an included Jeep Tour takes you to Gergeti Trinity Church, set high above the surrounding valley. The day adds a hands-on culinary experience with an included Khinkali masterclass, before your return to Tbilisi.
