- Begin the day in Lujiazui, Shanghai's financial hub, where you will see the exterior of the Oriental Pearl Tower before heading to Shanghai Tower. Visit the observation hall of China's tallest skyscraper for panoramic views across Shanghai and the Huangpu River.
- In the afternoon, continue to the Bund, known as the Museum of International Architecture, where you can see its collection of classic European historical buildings along the waterfront. Walk along Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street, one of Shanghai's established commercial areas, with long standing stores and modern shopping malls.
- In the evening, board a Huangpu River cruise. As dusk falls, see Shanghai's illuminated skyscrapers and riverside buildings from the water, bringing the day's sightseeing to a close.

- In the morning, travel to Zhujiajiao Ancient Water Town, a thousand year old Jiangnan water town on the outskirts of Shanghai. Take a traditional hand rowed wooden boat along the ancient waterways, passing white walled houses and stone arch bridges. There is also time to taste local delicacies such as pork glutinous rice dumplings.
- In the afternoon, continue to Nanjing West Road Pedestrian Street. Visit the Louis Vuitton flagship store, Zhangyuan, a historic Shikumen complex, and the Starbucks Reserve Roastery, combining Shanghai's heritage architecture with its modern shopping and coffee culture.
- If guests wish to experience a city walk, this can be arranged on Day 4. The walking experience covers approximately 3 to 5 km and takes around 4 to 5 hours on gentle roads. It is not limited to walking and may include local transportation such as the subway, buses and ferries.
