Overview
This 10 day small group tour travels through Yunnan's well known destinations, connecting Kunming, Dali, Lijiang, Shangri-La, and Lugu Lake in one journey. With a maximum of 8 travellers, sightseeing and touring are shared with other participants while exploring historic towns, mountain landscapes, Tibetan communities, and lakeside villages across southwest China.
From Erhai Lake and Yulong Snow Mountain to Tiger Leaping Gorge, Dukezong Ancient Town, and Lugu Lake, the route combines some of Yunnan's most recognised natural and cultural attractions. Travelling by road and high speed rail, the itinerary provides a comprehensive introduction to the region while allowing time to experience local traditions, viewpoints, and distinct ethnic cultures.

Itinerary
Highlights: Airport Transfer, Kunming Arrival

- Arrive in Kunming and meet your driver for the shared group tour transfer. Drive approximately 40 minutes to your hotel and check in.
Highlights: Zhuanxin Market, Cross Bridge Rice Noodles, Kunming Old Street, Wine Cup Tower, Dali Transfer

- After breakfast, drive for approximately 30 mins to visit Zhuanxin Market, a popular local market where residents shop for fresh produce and regional products. Enjoy Kunming's famous Cross Bridge Rice Noodles for lunch.
- Continue to drive for approximately 20 mins to Kunming Old Street and the Wine Cup Tower, one of the city's well known historical areas. Later, travel by vehicle for approximately 4.5 hours to Dali and enjoy dinner upon arrival.

- Start the day with a walk through Dali Ancient Town, known for its traditional architecture and local atmosphere.
- Drive approximately 1 hour to Dali Santorini and enjoy refreshments while overlooking Erhai Lake. Continue to Panxi S Bay, where you can cycle, at your own expense along the lakeside and enjoy the surroundings of Erhai Lake. Enjoy dinner afterwards and overnight in Dali.

- After breakfast, drive approximately 50 minutes to Xizhou Ancient Town, one of the best preserved Bai ethnic villages in the Dali region.
- Following lunch, enjoy a traditional Bai Ethnic Group Three Course Tea performance. Continue by road to Lijiang (approximately 2 hours).
- Visit Black Dragon Pool, famous for its reflections of the surrounding mountain scenery. Afterwards, stroll through Zhongyi Market before enjoying a black truffle and wild mushroom hot pot dinner.
- In the evening, explore the night view of Lijiang Ancient Town.

- Visit Shuhe Ancient Town before boarding the one way Snow Mountain Sightseeing Train, passing mountain landscapes, meadows and traditional villages along the route.
- Continue to Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area and take the Glacier Sightseeing Cableway. Explore one of Yunnan's most famous mountain destinations before visiting Blue Moon Valley and Ganhaizi.
- Electric sightseeing cars at Ganhaizi are not included. If the Glacier Cableway is unavailable, Baisha Ancient Town will be arranged as an alternative.

- Travel towards Shangri-La and visit Tiger Leaping Gorge, one of the most famous river canyons in China.
- A packed lunch will be provided during the journey. Continue to Dukezong Ancient Town, one of the oldest Tibetan towns in the region.
- In the evening, enjoy a traditional Tibetan Chieftain Feast.
Highlights: Ganden Sumtseling Monastery, Giant Prayer Flags, Napa Lake

- Visit Ganden Sumtseling Monastery, often regarded as one of the most important Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in Yunnan.
- Continue to the Giant Prayer Flags before visiting Napa Lake, a seasonal highland lake surrounded by wide grasslands and mountain scenery.
- Later, return to Lijiang.

- Travel approximately 3.5 hours to Lugu Lake, known for its peaceful lake scenery and Mosuo culture.
