This package operates as a shared group tour with fellow travellers from different countries and follows a fixed departure schedule every Monday. Throughout the journey, transportation, sightseeing and ferry crossings are arranged as part of the group touring experience.
Beginning in Sweden's island built capital, the route combines historic city centres, Baltic Sea crossings, medieval old towns and important cultural landmarks across the Baltic region.
The route includes an overnight ferry from Stockholm to Finland, time in Helsinki and the UNESCO-listed Suomenlinna fortress islands, followed by a ferry crossing to Estonia. Continue through Tallinn's remarkably preserved medieval centre before travelling south through Latvia and Lithuania, with visits to Pärnu, Turaida Castle, Sigulda and Riga along the way.
As the tour progresses into Lithuania and Poland, you will experience a mix of historic capitals, local culture and changing landscapes, ending in Warsaw after exploring some of the region's most significant cities. With coach travel, ferry crossings, guided city sightseeing and a route that connects several countries in one trip, this itinerary offers a broad introduction to the Baltic region and its neighbouring Nordic destinations.

- Welcome to Stockholm. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free for you to relax or explore the city at your own pace.
- In the afternoon, you will receive information regarding the start of your tour, either directly or through the information board located at the hotel reception.
- Standard hotel check-in time is usually from 02:00 PM. If you require an earlier check-in, an additional night should be booked before arrival hence you need to let us know prior to arrange the booking accordingly.

- Today, enjoy a panoramic tour of Stockholm, the Swedish capital built across 14 interconnected islands.
- Visit Gamla Stan, often referred to as the "city between bridges", Stockholm’s historic old quarter. Here you will see important landmarks including the Nobel Prize Museum, located beside Stortorget Square, the Cathedral, and the Royal Palace.
- Whenever possible, enjoy the city views from the Fjällgatan viewpoint, one of the city's well known observation points overlooking Stockholm's islands and waterways.
- After the city tour, the remainder of the day is at leisure. You may choose to visit some of Stockholm's museums and parks. Optional visits to the City Hall and the Vasa Museum may also be available.

- Today is free for you to continue exploring Stockholm on your own. You may wish to spend more time in the historic centre or visit the Museums Island.
- At 05:00 PM, transfer to the port of Stockholm. Passport or travel documentation is required for boarding. Prepare a separate hand-carry bag as your main luggage will remain on the coach. Bring warm clothing if you plan to spend time on the ferry deck. Finland uses the Euro and if you wish to exchange currency, there are facilities available on board.
- This evening, board the overnight ferry to Finland. The modern vessel offers restaurants, bars, shops, a nightclub, casino and comfortable cabins.
- The ferry is scheduled to depart at approximately 07:30 PM. As the ship leaves Stockholm, you will sail through a landscape of islands scattered across the. Travellers are encouraged to spend some time on deck to enjoy the scenery.
- Overnight accommodation will be on board in double cabins.

- As the ferry approaches Finland, consider heading to the deck at sunrise to enjoy views of the Åland Islands, a group of forest covered islands in the Baltic Sea.
- Breakfast is included on board.
- 07:30 AM – Arrival in Turku. Disembark and enjoy some time to walk around the centre of Finland's second largest city, which retains strong Swedish influences.
- When arriving in Finland, remember to adjust your watch. When it is 12:00 p.m. in Sweden, it is 01:00 p.m. in Finland.
- 08:30 AM – Departure from Turku.
- 09:20 AM – Arrival in Naantali, a coastal town known for its wooden houses and waterfront setting. Enjoy time for a walk through the town.
- 10:45 AM – Departure from Naantali.
- 01:00 PM – Arrival in Helsinki. Time for lunch on your own expense and a free afternoon to see the Finnish capital. You may wish to visit the old market area and observe the Russian influence visible in many of the city's churches and buildings.
- The planned visit to Suomenlinna Islands is scheduled for the following morning (Friday, Day 5), although timing may vary depending on participant itineraries.

- 09:00 AM – Departure from the hotel.
- This morning, take a boat trip using Helsinki's regular water transport service to the Suomenlinna Islands. This group of six islands is home to a large historic fortress that once protected the city and is now recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- You will have time to walk around the islands, cross small pedestrian bridges and enjoy the surroundings. Your guide will accompany the group and explain how to make the most of your visit. Using your return ticket, you may choose how much time to spend on the islands.
- Later, board the ferry to Estonia. Make sure to have your travel documents ready, required for ferry boarding.
- The crossing takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, with an expected departure at 02:15 PM As the ferry leaves Helsinki, enjoy views of the city and surrounding islands.
- 04:30 PM – Arrival in Tallinn. Transfer to your accommodation.
- On certain departures, the visit to Suomenlinna Islands may take place on Thursday, (Day 4) afternoon instead.

- 09:00 AM – Begin a sightseeing tour of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.
- Visit the city's remarkably preserved medieval centre, known for its historic defensive walls, churches, squares and cobbled streets. The old town remains one of the best-preserved medieval urban centres in Northern Europe.
- The afternoon is free for you to continue exploring the city independently.

- 08:00 AM – Departure from Tallinn.
- Travel through the forests and plains of Estonia.
- 10:00 AM – Arrival in Pärnu, one of Estonia's best-known spa towns. Stop for coffee in the city centre.
- 11:00 AM – Departure from Pärnu.
- Cross into Latvia and make a brief stop near a beach along the Baltic coast. Continue through landscapes of forests, hills and Gauja National Park.
- Enjoy an included lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to Turaida.
- 02:00 PM – Arrival at Turaida Castle and National Park. Admission is included to this medieval fortress and its extensive surrounding grounds.
- 03:30 PM – Departure from Turaida.
- 04:00 PM – Arrival in Sigulda, a popular tourist town where you will have time for a walk.
- 05:00 PM – Departure from Sigulda.
- 05:45 PM – Visit the Salaspils Memorial, located on the site of a former concentration camp. Since 1967, this memorial complex has commemorated victims of the Nazi regime and is one of the largest memorial sites in Europe.
- 06:45 PM – Departure from Salaspils.
- 08:00 PM – Arrival in Riga.
- Depending on daylight hours and the season, the visit to Salaspils Memorial may take place before arriving in Riga on Sunday or when departing Riga on Tuesday.

- Today, enjoy a two hour city tour of Riga, the capital of Latvia and the largest city in the Baltic States.
- Riga is known for its medieval historic centre, Art Nouveau architecture, cultural landmarks and surviving reminders of its Soviet-era history.
- Following the tour, the afternoon is free for independent exploration.

- 08:30 AM – Departure from Riga.
- 10:00 AM – Arrival at Rundale Palace. Admission is included to visit this grand palace and its gardens, built during the same period as St. Petersburg.
- 11:15 AM – Departure from Rundale Palace.
- Continue into Lithuania, a country with deep Catholic traditions.
- 12:15 PM – Arrival at Kryziu Kalnas, better known as the Hill of Crosses. Thousands of crosses have been placed here over the years, making it one of Lithuania's most significant religious sites.
- 01:00 PM – Departure from the Hill of Crosses.
- Travel through central Lithuania, passing industrial areas and farmland.
- 05:00 PM – Arrival in Trakai. Visit the castle located on an island in the middle of a lake. Admission is included. The surrounding area is known for its wooden houses and forest setting.
- 06:30 PM – Departure for Vilnius.
- 07:00 PM – Arrival in Vilnius. We recommend taking a walk through the old town during the evening.
- Depending on daylight hours, the visit to Trakai may take place on the following day after the city tour of Vilnius.

- This morning, enjoy an included panoramic tour of Vilnius, partially conducted on foot.
- Built across seven hills and often compared to Rome, Vilnius is known for its Baroque churches, medieval houses, historic walls, castle remains and streets.
- During the tour, visit the city's old quarter, commercial areas and many of its historic buildings.
- The afternoon is free for independent exploration.

- Adjust your watch when entering Poland. When it is 12:00 p.m. in Lithuania, it is 11:00 a.m. in Poland.
- 08:00 AM – Departure from Vilnius.
- Travel towards Poland.
- 10:00 AM – Arrival at Grutas Park, often referred to as "Stalin's World". Admission is included. The park contains 86 Soviet-era statues and monuments.
- 11:30 AM – Departure from Grutas Park.
- 12:30 PM (01:30 PM Lithuania time) – Arrival in Augustów, a lakeside tourist town. Free time for lunch on pax account.
- 02:30 PM – Departure from Augustów.
- Continue through rural Poland, passing villages and agricultural regions.
- 06:30 PM – Arrival in Warsaw. You may wish to take a walk around the market square this evening.

- 09:00 AM – Enjoy a panoramic tour of Warsaw with a local guide.
- Warsaw is Poland's political and economic centre and is home to nearly two million people. During the tour, you will see a combination of modern architecture and carefully reconstructed historic districts.
- Walk through the Old Town, where historic buildings, cobbled streets and the Royal Palace were rebuilt following World War II and are now recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Visit the Palace of Culture, a landmark skyscraper gifted by the Soviet Union, learn about the history of what was once the largest Jewish ghetto in Europe, and spend time in Lazienki Park, home to the famous Chopin Monument.
- The afternoon is free. You may choose to visit museums such as the National Museum or Warsaw Rising Museum, or continue exploring the city centre.
- Please check your flight schedule carefully as an additional night may be required depending on your departure arrangements. Your tour guide can advise on suitable public transportation options for your onward transfer.
- Departure transfer is not included, if you require a transfer, additional nights in Helsinki, or wish to extend your holiday with another destination, please let us know and we will be happy to assist with the arrangements.
