Munnar is a town located in the Idukki district of the southwestern Indian state of Kerala. Munnar is situated at around 1,600 metres (5,200 ft) above mean sea level, in the Western Ghats mountain range. This ancient plantation settlement, dominated by its tea industry, is also a growing modern hill station.

Thekkady in Idukki district is a town near Periyar National Park, an important tourist attraction in the Kerala state of India. The name Thekkady is derived from the word "thekku" which means teak and "adi" meaning bottom. Temperatures are lowest in the months of December–January and highest in the months of April–May.

Highlights: Welcome to Kochi
- Welcome to your Kerala holiday as you land at the Cochin International Airport. This city is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern cultures with its spice markets and skyscrapers. You will be transferred to your hotel where you can relax after your flight. Kochi is a great starting point to explore Kerala and offers a unique mix of Dutch and British influences. Take some time to stroll around the majestic Fort area or just rest at your hotel. You will stay overnight in Kochi to prepare for your sightseeing.

- Today you will explore the historic sites of Kochi after a delicious breakfast. Your guide will take you to see the Mattanchery Palace and the five hundred year old Jewish Synagogue. You will also see the famous Chinese fishing nets and visit the local spice markets. In the evening you will get to watch a colorful Kathakali dance performance which is a traditional art form of Kerala. This day gives you a true taste of the local culture and heritage. You will spend another night in Kochi before heading to the hills of Munnar.
