  • Upon arrival at Almaty International Airport, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel for check-in. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner while your tour leader provides a briefing about the journey ahead. Overnight in Almaty.

  • Depart early this morning for Charyn Canyon, travelling approximately 229 km (3 to 4 hours) from Almaty. Explore the remarkable rock formations of the Valley of Castles and visit the ancient ash tree grove before enjoying a picnic lunch. Continue with a guided walk through the canyon before travelling to Saty Village, located near Kolsay Lakes. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a traditional homestay.

  • After breakfast, travel for approximately 1 hour to Kaindy Lake. Continue by UAZ 4WD vehicle to the starting point before taking a 30 to 40-minute hike to the lake. After lunch at a guesthouse or with lunch boxes, continue to the Kazakhstan–Kyrgyzstan border, where you will meet your Kyrgyz guide and driver. Travel through Karkyra Valley to Karakol. Upon arrival, visit the Przhevalsky Museum, the Wooden Orthodox Church, and the Dungan Mosque, which is built in a Chinese architectural style. Enjoy dinner at a local café before your overnight stay in a guesthouse.
