Fayyaz Travels, Singapore's leading luxury and bespoke travel agency, seeks a Junior Quality & Operations Auditor to join the Operations team in a remote full-time role.

You will audit customer interactions, records and journeys to ensure service excellence, accuracy and complete follow-through on every booking and travel experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review customer calls, chats and emails to assess service quality, accuracy and correct actions taken
• Audit trackers, customer records and internal systems to identify missing information, inconsistencies and risks
• Track customer journeys from enquiry through booking and travel to verify all requirements and follow-ups are completed
• Investigate issues, determine root causes and drive matters to clear resolution
• Convert audit findings into insights that highlight recurring themes and improvement opportunities
• Present findings to managers and senior leadership, flagging risks, patterns and support needs
• Deliver clear, constructive feedback to help colleagues enhance performance
