Fayyaz Travels is seeking a Junior Operations Associate to join our Operations team in a remote full-time role. As a Singapore-based luxury and bespoke travel agency we create exceptional personalized journeys for our clients.

This entry-level position requires no prior travel experience as comprehensive training will be provided. We value genuine curiosity about people a willingness to help and the drive to keep learning.

Ideal for fresh graduates or those with early experience in customer service hospitality sales or administration the role offers opportunities to grow across different teams and projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Speak with customers over phone chat and email ensuring they feel welcomed heard and supported.
• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs rather than simply responding to queries.
• Follow up on enquiries and check in with customers throughout their journey with us.
• Carry out customer health checks to ensure the right level of service and nothing is missed.
• Support incoming enquiries and connect customers with the right consultant.
• Assist consultants and other teams with day-to-day operational work.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to maintain service standards.
• Keep customer and operational information accurate and up to date.
