- After breakfast, meet your private driver and English-speaking guide for the approximately 2 hour drive from Chiang Mai to Doi Inthanon National Park. Begin your exploration with the 360 metre Ang Ka Nature Trail, where you can walk through the cool montane forest while observing the area's unique vegetation and birdlife.
- Continue to the Royal Twin Pagodas, Phra Mahathat Naphamethanidon and Phra Mahathat Naphaphon Bhumisiri, built to commemorate the 60th birthdays of King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit. Their elevated location provides panoramic views across the surrounding mountain landscapes.
- Following lunch at a local restaurant, continue to the summit of Doi Inthanon, Thailand's highest peak at 2,565 metres (8,415 feet) above sea level. Afterwards, visit Wachirathan Waterfall and Sirithan Waterfall, both known for their impressive cascades, before making the approximately 2 hour return drive to Chiang Mai. Spend the remainder of the evening at leisure.
