Fayyaz Travels is looking for ambitious fresh graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme in Singapore. You’ll get hands on experience across a growing travel business, with exposure to areas such as travel operations, sales, customer experience, marketing, business development, visa services and internal operations.

Rather than putting you into one narrow role from day one, we want to understand what you’re good at, give you exposure to different parts of the business and help you build practical skills that translate into a longer term career.

You’ll work on real projects, speak to real customers and partners, learn how commercial decisions are made and take on more ownership as you develop.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gain hands on experience across different areas of Fayyaz Travels
• Support live projects across travel operations, sales, customer experience, marketing and business support
• Learn how customer enquiries move from initial lead through to booking and travel
• Assist with client communication, research, documentation and operational coordination
• Work with internal teams on projects designed to improve customer experience and business performance
• Support marketing campaigns, content, partnerships or business development projects depending on your rotation
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and project documentation
• Participate in team meetings, training and development sessions
• Take ownership of individual tasks and projects as your experience develops
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and contribute ideas
• Build towards a permanent role within an area that suits your strengths and the needs of the business

Skills and Requirements:

• Recently completed, or due to complete, a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Open to graduates from Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Finance, HR and other relevant disciplines
• No previous travel industry experience required
• Strong written and spoken English
• Confident communicating with different people and comfortable working as part of a team
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
• Curious, proactive and willing to take ownership rather than waiting to be told every next step
• Able to adapt in a growing business where priorities can change
• An interest in travel, customer experience, business, marketing or entrepreneurship is a plus
